Hello future clients! My name is Blaine Wells and I'm an Associate Broker/Realtor with Keller Williams Citywide located in Findlay, OH! Real Estate Brokerage is in my blood as a 3rd generation REALTOR. I've known since college I would pursue this business and was originally licensed as a salesperson at the age of 21 in 2003. I practiced for 5 years before earning my Brokers license in 2008. Eight years later, I joined the ownership of ERA Geyer Noakes Realty Group in 2016 upon the retirement of co-founders, Gary and Greta Noakes. After serving as President for 8 years, I left ERA in 2024 to Join KW Citywide and focus on my individual business and past clients. I was trained and mentored to understand that the clients needs always come first and to be successful in real estate, clients must "Know, like, and then trust you." Real estate is all about relationships. Nothing is more important. Building thriving business relationships is at the forefront of what I do on a daily basis. With both the general public and/or other REALTORS within our company and market, I strive to have and maintain healthy working relationships across the board!
REALTORS are FIDUCIARES. Many agents forget this. A fiduciary is tasked with putting their clients needs and interests above all. We must work on behalf of our clients. Nothing is more important to me. I listen more than I speak. Trust and transparency and above all, honesty are at the top of my client service priority list. I was trained that way and I will never deviate from it as it has served me well through out my career with many repeat clients. Thank you for taking the time to learn a little about what makes me tick professionally! I look forward to a possible working relationship in the future!
